Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send a shipping label for the return as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return being requested first will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.


Exceptions / non-returnable goods
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized goods) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. You can get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a particular item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, when the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


14 day EU cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and tell you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to the original payment method within 10 working days. Remember that it may also take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
